  • What's Included with the 360 Booth Booking?
    The base package and add-on options can be found on the 360 Photo Booth page. In general, it consist of: 360 Booth with Ring-Light Led Studio Lighting Instant Sharing via: Airdrop, WhatsApp, QR Code, Email or SMS Online Web Gallery 360 Booth Setup and Breakdown 360 Booth Attendant Safety Barrier Custom Graphic Overlay Custom Video Outro
  • When will I receive my video?
    The videos are edited and available for sending to the guests approx 1 minute after recording.
  • Can I add logos/branding to my video?
    Yes. Logos/Branding can be applied to the videos, and is included in the package price. NB - All branding needs to be provided to us via email at least 72 hours prior to the event.
  • What are the options for sending the videos to Guests?
    Videos can be sent individually to each guest via Airdrop, Whatsapp, QR Code, Email or Text Message.
  • How can the event host access the videos for All Guests?
    A link to the event gallery will be available to the host, where individual videos may be accessed, or alternatively a zipped file containing all the videos may be downloaded.
  • How much space is needed for the 360 booth?
    The minimum space required is 2.5m x 2.5m.
  • How much time is required to set up for an event?
    We require approximately 1 hour to set up and test the booth prior to the agreed 360 session start time.
  • What is the weight limit on the platform?
    The max allowable load is 350 kg (772 lbs).
  • How many people can stand on the 360 Booth Platform at the same time?
    We allow 3-4 persons maximum on the platform.
  • Do you require a power outlet for the 360 Booth?
    It depends. 🙂 If you are using the base option without the Add-On TV Monitor, then a Power Outlet is not required. If you Add-On the TV Monitor, a 220V Power Outlet is required.
